This year Arizona Snowbowl celebrates eighty-four years of enhancing Flagstaff’s visitation experience and providing support to hundreds of local businesses. Six hundred plus employees and two million in annual payroll help Snowbowl generate more than sixty million dollars in direct local economic activity each year. In 2018 Snowbowl supported local charities with more than $93,000. economic data shows Arizona Snowbowl’s investments and improvements enhance the local economy with a steady, winter revenue stream for local flagstaff businesses, more job opportunities for residents of Flagstaff, and more local tax revenue for municipalities. It’s not just economics, Snowbowl’s adaptive ski program is unparalleled, helping people with disabilities reach new heights.
